well since we live like it the ghetto (there is fires, break ins, burglary, crime, etc.) its time to move. We are looking at houses really no more than 220k, and we found this nice house not too far from where we are (about 8 miles) and its out in the open, where there is horses, land, and country. Its a 2.5 acre lot, its built in 1989 but looks well kept and maintained. It needs a updated kitchen for sure (first priority) and we would need a big riding mower insteed of out push. Its deff in price range and we like it. Also, with the spare land, and there are horse trails, and atv trails, we would end up getting another dirtbike (we have a ATV.) Also I would eventually set a paintball speedball court for some fun games with friends. This is a big thing, and I hope we like it and can actually get a loan, but I like it alot. Heres a link to the place: http://209.208.33.16/test/PropertyInfo.aspx?MLS=283677&id=1009368&Master=&Layout=0

we are looking for houses that are:

1. Atleast 3 bed/ 2 bath
2. Atleast 1600 sq feet
3. Newer (this is an exception)
4. 220K or under
5. Nice condition
6. Nice area.

Thanks for looking!

I really like the large yard !!
Personaly, I would say, get a place out in the country, like with a large yard(nice yard with grass and stuff), and a good size house to fit it. Houses in the country, can go for dirt cheap. Specially with the real estate problems, you can get one cheap.

that first one is really 300k, that second one is kinda of old and like weird, and that last is in spruce creek.
