mustang saleen project

im going to try to change the saleen police car into a regular saleen mustang.
i already painted the chassis gold as seen in the picture

i just painted the battery cover so ye it runs just fine and i plan on painting some of the top chassis parts

its finished but the paint turned out crappy. :mad: but the chassis looks cool and i put a roof scoop on it that actually works because of the holes for the lights.

Paint looks thick, that's all. I really like the wheels on it, though.

thanx and yeah the paint was pretty thick. reason being was the paint was this paint called FUSION or somtin like dat. its meant to bond straight to plastic without primer or sanding. i didnt see that until i had already painted it. i will probably end up repainting it. i do have to say tho, this is the best looking car ive made so far.

sry for the double post but, i added some things and changed some things.

1. i got a barricade starter set so its on a plain chassis now(unpainted and stock)
2. i changed the rims
3. i found this carbon fiber sticker crap and i put on the hood
4. i painted a little on the body but it still looks like crap:evil:
5. i painted the disk brakes

Dude, you really need to get all that paint off of there and start over. Did you brush paint it or something?

Spray paint is what you need my friend.
