Hey! Im a new guy here. My name is Dana, and yes, im a guy, but I really dont know what to say here, soo..... HI! I don't know anything about this site, but i do own a few xmods. i have a drifter and a racer, both gen 1. The drifter has a carbon drive shaft, full bearings, of course its 4wd, and a black Acura rsx body with silver body kit. My racer is a orange 350z with a body kit, stage 2 motor, no drive shaft because its rear wheel drive only, and its on its 4th set of tires just from racing it! :p I am curently working on a project with my friend jack, username superinfinity. The project is a gen 2 car from transformers. Its the baracade. I am painting it white with blue strips, but the white isnt on yet. It has a custom chassis made by him, made out of... well i think its poly-stireene. It was kinda flexy so he made a plate and put it on the top. It will run off of a hand wound motor and a single 2sell lipo thats putting out 7.4 volts (which is deffinetly enough). Its still under construction but will be worth it! I will post pics when it is done.

heyy Dana! Yeah the shelby project is all good the motor will be Redsx's best, ofcourse. Installing foam tires all around. Sofar the paint is great, a thread is comming soon!

Thanks for all of the welcoms everyone! Looks like a nice place here. Hey Jack, we are entering a contest with the xmod were painting, right? What is the contest called? Let me look over the car before you enter it. I really want to win, and where is the contest?

Heres an update on my life right now, 4 things going on.
1 - My dog died at the age of 13.
2 - My project with jack is delayed, due to his trip to florida.
3 - This one is funny, my dad hit a pole full throtle with his mini-t equiped with a spectrum, thunder power 1320 lipo, and a mamba system going full throtle, but he hit the pole that was in the hobby shops parking lot so he got the parts right away, the bulk head and servo are shot, and he actually hit it so hard (40 mph, scale speed is 720 mph) that the spectrum reciever had to be rebound so it would work! It was going forward by itself, and we couldnt figure it out, so we rebound it and walla!
and 4 - trading a wii at for a new, in the box traxxas slash.

I don't know how much any off you guys like bigger RC cars, but I love all sorts of RC cars.
