Modding to Six cell

I've got the RSX, and I'm curious to know if the Hybrid Motor and 6-Cell upgrade will both fit well enough without me having to mess with the Shell/Body/internals. Also, where do the extra two cells fit on, can I pay via Money Order, and how exactly do I get the pinions and stuff off to go on the hybrid motor? Or failing that I don't get the 6cell, how to I prevent the Ion cells from frying my Xmod? ((I do know the 6cells are out of stock for now...I'll quit editing this eventually.))

just an fyi, li-ions dont fry your car as long as you stay under 8.4 volts. Lithium cells have an advantage of weighing less than a 6 cell mod. btw you can buy AAA battery holders at your local RS. you tell this forum if you can fit a 6 cell mod into the rsx without modding, k?

If you want to mount it, you will have to dremel out posts for the light kit, and even then, it's possible that it won't fit. At this point, the xmod source li-ion kit also does not fit, but an RSX kit will be out in a few weeks. Also, cj's right, maximum voltage on an xmod is 8.4 volts, so you don't need any mods.
