i think its a group of well qualified individuals who are active in their community. They show levels of diplomacy, maturity, modding skills and other outstanding traits I am more than a little envious of. I wish I could possess a fraction of the couth they have. Unfortunately, if you do not stand out in one way or another, you have to create your own forums to become mods. Thats what I did!

i think its a buch of buddy buddies from other sites, but im not going to get into this.

No, you're not going to get into it because that's not how it happens.

Moderating positions are filled when the owner of the site sees a member who is able to take the position and do the job correctly. They look for members who have respect for others, knowledge on the subjects and are able to keep the forum public safe and happy; this ensures everyone has a good time here on Xmodsource.
