Heres my lowered civic.... I didn't lower the front down all the way yet cuz I need to sand the wheel wells. :D Tell me what you think about it I mean its not like pro but it looks cool.

To lower without choppin the springs take off the clip and sand the plastic down and the wheel well then sand the clip holder and clip for the front and the wheel wells ill post some tut pics later!

i just cut the springs with that link cutter thing i forgot what they were called but it is similar to pliers

i sanded my front clip down and flipped it upside down on my supra and 2 lower the rear i cut the clip stand and it was done i ddint even have 2 sand out the wheel wells it sits about 2 mm off the ground w/ stock bodykit sorry about the double post i hit the button twice on accident

No prob dude. I've done it once or twice before. If it happens again, click the X right by the edit button and you'll be able to delete the post. The thing that I get made about are the double posts that are like 15 minutes apart because someone forgot to type something.

Is that low enough? This is done without the modification to the suspension system!!

i have made something similar to a strut bar to go in the front and the rear i dont know what to call them tho...

ill b selling them on my website very soon :D

i lowerd the front of my vette cause i didnt like how high it was

its reall nice and low :wink:

An old trick is to put a piece of soft rubber gas line tubing on the shock shaft to keep it from bottoming out.
With the body so low, make sure the rubber tube stops the body from contacting the tire during a run, spoiling your speed and possibly flipping out your car from high speed instant body rubbing
