How to paint my 350z?

Ok well last night i made t tops in my350z's roof. and i wanna paint it but i dont know how to remove the paint thats on there now. also i dont knwo what color would look best .

stop double posting everything and u hav 2 sand it w/ 400 or 300 grit sand paper then finish it off w/ a 2000 and then paint in thin layers in the same direction never start in the middle of your car
