Ok I just was messing around today and I realized that the tires on the cars look a little out of porportion. This is good if you want drag tires, or the realistic look.
Materials: Scissors, 4 Slammed rim tires, super glue, file (optional)
Step 1:
Take your tire and cut it in half *make sure the cut is straight!*

Step 2:
Take the cut tire and wrap it around the rim to see about how much you need to cut.

Step 3:
Cut the tire. Make sure there is a little gap so that the tire is not too loose for the tire so it wont fall out.

Step 4:
Apply superglue to one side of the tire.

Press and hold firmly for about 20 seconds and let sit for about 2 minutes so it sets up good.

Step 5:
Apply a little glue on the out site of tire on the seem where it was glued. Also you might want to do some on the inside for extra strength *do not get superglue on the inside cut out part where the middle lip on the rim goes*

Step 6: Optional
File down the excess glue on the outside if there is any.
Your done! Let the tire sit for a couple minutes then put in your rim. Repeat steps 1-6 for the rest of the tires.
Sorry for the crappy pictures, I had to use a phone.
