**This is the voting thread for the March 2008 "Outragious Modifcation Competition!"**
Voting starts today and will end on March 31st. The winner will be announced April 1st.
Please vote fairly and honestly.
Prizes:
Clintr79 has been generous enough to donate a new in packaging red Gen1 Supra, it also comes with a new in package bodykit and foam tire upgrade! Make sure to thank Clint for his generosity! :)

i was gonna vote for the ae86, love those cars way to much and that was beautifully done. but i think the 350z has the best paint ive seen yet. that is flat beautiful!

Thanks dude! Alot of work did go into it but there's certain little secrets that weren't revealed so there's much more in it than you think :nod:

I'm not in it to win - I just like showing off my work and if it gives/gets competition for/from anyone - that is what make the COTMs more interesting! Lets just say that if there's no one who is willing to step up their game in skills then the COTM will be kinda boring and not as fun as it would be to see everyone trying their best to compete with the vets. :nod:
It's all fun and besides there's always the next COTM to take Victory from - :bigwink:

i voted for noturday's fairlady z, i like that one the most, although it was pretty close with XMODification's gmc crew cab, i really liked that one 2, but the z came out on top. good job noturday!

agreed, the voter turnout should have been higher
but Thanks to everyone who did vote for me, i appreciate it, it lets me know my work on this project paid off (its still not complete :p more on that later though when i get my parts in)

In the event of a tie the poll will last until next Monday - another five-day poll. Although it seems extreme, there are very few who have showed up to cast their vote for sixteen people, let alone two.. :p

it was a tie as soon as i posted earlier, so like 1:40 EST should be interesting to see the turnout later today though.
BTW "the grudge match" would work better if X and i actually had something against each other hahaha. i dont care if i win or not, if so, cool, if not X deffinately deserved it and i'm glad i could give him some competition. this has deffinately been an interesting competition so far

LOL - it wouldn't be fair 'cause I would take a longer time to put togther a custom X-truck chassis than some GPM parts and a paint paint (no offense to my buddy - Noturday). Besides - Like Noturday said - It's been fun and i'm glad that someone can give me some serious competition in this COTM - even if he wins i'll still be cool because it would be his first "1st place" victory on here if i'm correct.
It's been fun and i'm looking foward to see what the next COTM will bring.
BTW - If someone wins in this COTM which is for "Outrageous Mods" can he enter in the other COTM if it's for a different category or does the same rules apply where he has to sit out until the other following month's competition?:-?

The winner of this months COTM will not be able to enter next months, no matter the category. The winner o this month cannot enter into a COTM until May.

haha yeah that truck chassis is the best i've seen, but then again, the chassis of the z is one of the best drift-setup gen 1 chassis' i've seen, and its just going to get better in the next week or so. our entries are on complete opposite ends of the spectrum so its understandable to be split like we are.
no offence taken man, and yes it would be my first 1st place on here

Yes, of course you can enter the next month if you didn't win. And it is advised to use a different car/truck because we've already seen what you entered previously. As long as your car/truck follows all the rules for that months competition, you may enter it over and over again until it wins. A car/truck that has won a COTM competition may not be entered twice.

Just go to photobucket and register there - you'll get an account and you'll be able to upload all you pics on there aswell. Once that is done just click on the links provided (the links that have "[img]" ) and it will copy automatically - once you come over here you can right click on your mouse and select "paste" - the link that you copy will then appear in you post. Btw you have to do it for every picture so be sure that you get the right ones that you want.:nod:
