This is very hard! Do at your own risk!!!!!

1) Get in car
2) Locate nearest RadioShack
3) Enter store and head for XMODs Section
4) Take The Neon Kit off the shelf/rack
**THIS IS WHERE IT GETS HARD..$
5) REACH INTO THAT POCKET AND PAY!!
6) GO HOME AND READ FURTHER INSTRUCIONS ON THE EASY INSTALL!

ha i live in rs head quarters in dallas they got everything except 6 cell upgrades and instructions how do those work and what upgrades u need?!
