n00b 2 Tuners question

What does "rice" mean? I know the other meaning, since I'm a Philippine-Canadian and eat it EVERY single day... But what does it mean when you use it in coresponding with cars and street tuners?

Rice is basically asian cars tuned. Because rice is a part of the asian culture it is used to symbolize asian cars. its kind of hard to explain but give me some time and ill come up with something better.
