Hey guys, was wondering where I can buy some lith-ion cells so I can make my own pack. I almost won a pack on ebay for $7, but I did't bid in time.

Go on batteryspace.com Might find some useful stuff on there for cheap.

ok thanks super. BTW how shall I aquire tabs to put on? and how would I solder the tabs on?

Well ebay is a good place to find packs. but check with the other guy up in the thread

I'd stray away from Ebay. Most stores are into ripping you off more then helping you out.

Unless it's a well known name, stray away from the random ebay ads.

also, lith-ions from ebay may not match for be of good quality, which ups the hazard of fire. Just buy from a store because your svaing money is fire damage repair.

You just fold it, so it doesn't stick out. you don't solder on the tabs, they come on them already, if you buy tabbed ones.

All these batteries are made in China, some cells tend to be older.
What were you trying to say in red??
