Sorry for the continuous posting, but I really wanted some one to see this. lol.

so I was thinking of how else i could cheaply cool my Xmod (besides just coke can heat sinks) and then I had this idea to put one of those tiny motors (which i had laying around out of some old mini cars) on the wheel so it becomes the generator for another tiny motor with a fan. I just connected the two motors and put wire tape (red) around the shaft of the motor that touches the wheel, and mounted the second motor with the fan onto my heat sink with left over coke can scrap. The fan only works when the tires are spinning, and im not sure if the small motor can keep the additional heat from itself as well as the xmod motor cool. And i think the fans a little too high. but it's the **** lol. O, and it almost fits inside my barricade body; just barely scrapes the top. Works fine without the roof though.

sry, fuzzy phone pics and fuzzy phone vid :/

All though, may not help with cooling a ton, that is pretty smart to power it off a small generator. If you can find a small fan, similar to what a PC uses for a cooling fan, that would work best.

Sweet idea :)

Thats pretty cool - I've seen it been done where someone takes a micro-fan straight out of a PC and wires a CLL onto it to so that it powers up when the car moves forwards from what I remember that worked with cooling pretty well.
