well as the title says my mustang and f150 custom hoods

my mustang hood

it started as the silver and blue hood from the bk set (i have no pics of these steps) then cut the middle section out of the roof scoop glued it down then the bondo began

finished unpainted product

and should i just paint the whole thing one color or tape off the hummer insert and keep it black? the color will be just primer

go ahead post up your custom mustang or f150 hoods

thats a nice cowl hood good work. how long did that take to do?

not that long. Its a corvette bk hood scoop cut from the hood. Superglued down with pieces of plastic to raise the rear up, then bondo'd, sanded, and painted

i think mine took like 10 minutes but its not finished yet

It is kinda hard to see, but oh well. From what I see, it looks nice.

i know its hard to see im not on my computer where i usually run all my pics through photoshop first

the hood is finished but now needs work to mount it properly

i wouldnt know what to do to a hummer hood

You could do what i was thinking of doing to mine which is you could cut out the part of the hood which ahs the vents and get some mold and put it on an angle and still have the vents and a scoop.

i could but wouldnt that defeat the purpose of the bk hood

you could just bondo it over to give it a smooth look
