Thats some pretty good drifting but i have a question is it on an evo chassis or gen1 because i bought the body and where you screw in the front side skirt kept hitting my battery holder so i had to put it on an evo chassis

lol sorry for the jacking of the thread um but all you have to do is slide the batt packs all the way to the back to fix that problem.

Wow thats really good,
I suck at drifting, Haha!
I think youd be alot better if you had more room.
Whats done to the Z?
I like it alot.

Three tires + one Xmods = Drifting fun

Nice drifts. Only thing I would suggest is to spice it up with different settings and moves.

You know, this is the first drifting vid I have seen in a while that was actually lets say...uh....good? Very nicely made, slow enough so you can see whats happening, but fast enough to entertain. I really like.

Hey thanks everyone! The 350z is on a evo chassis. The only upgrades I got are:
4wd, light kit, ballbearings (to remove steering slop), some random mini-z motor and a atomicmods carbon fiber driveshaft.

The setup:
Electrical taped tires
9-25 gearing
Blue springs in front
Red springs in rear

I actually filmed more in different spots, but I ran out of tape. I wish I had a hardwood floor.... the tile cracks mess everything up :roll_eye:

Hey m8, thats pretty okay drifting skills, but Id say you still need alot of practice. You can do much better than that. Ive mastered drifting on Xmods. It is alot of fun. I have a Lancer Evolution Mr mounted on the Evo chasis. Drifts very easy and prolongs drifts very well.

Yeah, I can do better. Today (when I filmed this) was the first time in 2 years since I last drifted, so I was a little rusty. The electrical taped tires hook up more than the drift kit ones, so its harder to drift. Last time I tried using the drift kit ones, the knuckles scraped the floor. I'm going to go make some home-made PVC tires next time I go by home depot.
