What's wrong if it only has a single speed? If you're new to hobby-grade, and nitro in general, its better starting off with a single speed, as a 2-speed can complicate things for those who still don't understand how to tune their engine properly. But for $115, try to get it to $100 or $80-90. And what do you mean by 'the whole thing'? The chassis, or the chassis, electronics, engine, transmitter, body, etc?
