1965 Mustang Drag Car

This car just sat on my shelf for the longest time and I never really modified it other than the dual exhaust and removal of the front air dam.

So I lowered the front end and sanded all 4 wheel wells to fit the front lowering and the rear drag slicks. So tell me what you guys think

not to jack your thread but here is mine i changed the yellow line to black and i compansated for little room in the back and got alot more bed space and custom interior were are those tires from also i like mine but those look pretty cool on that truck because they don't stick out 20 ft. i hate the way that looks "tubbed" out all the way

man i really like that s10 too lol. looks good. ive always had a thing for a chevy s10 drag truck, prob why i built one haha. but both your guys looks good!

@ dontspamme. I cut the posts off another stang rear bumper and used the exhaust tips from the vette bk. I got the tires from a 1/25th scale model kit. I had 3 layin around so I have a camaro firebird and this stang all with them drag fattys.

what do u have for upgrade to make it a real dragger like chilli v2 carbon fiber drive shaft???? anything that isnt rs??

Nothin yet. It has 18g wire upgrade and a s2 motor that's really it. When I get back from this job in a few weeks I plan on buyin a external fet turbo and nice motor and stuff for it and then for my camaro that has these same tires I'm going to add a led weight and a hi power motor and make it a wheelie car. This one I want to keep all 4's on the ground and just go real fast real straight.

cool cant wait to see how fast it is might have to come down there and kick ur but in a drag race with my cobra thats gonna have v2 chilli cabon fiber drive shaft and liths after i sell my sled lol

That sounds cool. So that cobra ur makin will be on a gen1 then I'm assuming?
