well my dad bought a 1968 mustang for us to work on over the 2 years, the stang needs a new hood $173. new trunk $173. new right side fender $173. and a motor and tranny , we are buying a new crate 302 with a new manual tranny. needs all new interior that will total out to about 1k for the interior. We are doing a candy apple red paint job with some magnum rims. i wish i got pictures you guys sorry but it has all original glass not a lot of rust.
so when we pick it up next friday i will be sure to get pictures when iam done cleaning it out.
oh and we are also putting on some nice Flowmaster Catbacks.

Yup, try reading the post. :nod:
Though, unless you just want the sound, pass up the Blow-masters. They are among the worse flowing mufflers around. That, and everyone has them.. Cherry Bombs FTW! :lol:
Are you buying the new body parts due to rust, or dents?

we are buying new parts do to some rust but there is a really bad dent on the right side fender.

how much did it cost for the hole car (just the car that your getting)?? because i found 1 around here that was selling for $2,690. and it needed alot,ill try to find some pics on my moms computer,if I cant find them,ill see if the guy sold it yet..

good price !!! it must be in bad condition,because ppls these days are looking for older cars,and then they fix them,then they sell them for quick money..

+1! thats is a really good price on a nice old car. i rarely see them under 1k.

Hm.. Next time you guys are in Tampa, head over to the Muscle Car place. It's off Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard on the way to the beach (west of US19). Great place for inspiration, and they have some great deals on all sorts of cars..
Just remember, cars are **** expensive.

Ive been there before! They have a delorean in there. But that candy apple red chevelle SS with black stripes is more sexy!:nod:
