Hey i got a firebord body that was totally mangled up so i decided to "restore" it The back and front wheel wells were cut so i took some off another firebird [ beater ] and this is what it looked like

I agree that is a major difference and looks like you lined it up perfectly

Yeah thanks.....i had to cut and super glue......and then bondo....i just had to take a break lol

yeah, the car looks great to me, but once its painted, you would never tell...

Looks good but uhhhh......... one question why was that thing hacked up in the first place ???? was it an offroader LOL

Nice restoration thus far. Maybe you should paint it metallic green or metallic blue.

**** man just job fixing that bird i could have never done that looks like i gave it to the right person.nice job can't wait for paint.

Well as of now it gonna be painted purple again...im gonna fade in the paint so it looks like nothing ever happend to it.....

awesome restoration, ever done real car body work lol? cuz you pretty much just nailed it on the head. cant wait to see it painted.

i am curious too though, how come it was hacked in the first place?

Yeah i am in autobody and we restored a 70's chevy pickup truck.....ill take my camera in one day and take some pics.....

****, that "restored" firebird is insane. Best salvage work ever, you actually chopped the wheel wells from the other car and put it on this one!!, I bet the wheel wells look like they have always been on there.

Wow that is almost as perfectly lined as the original that much have taken a lot of work and appears to be paying off

Yeah thanks man.....it only took about an hour and a half to do this..the way i mix my bondo it only takes 5 min to dry....

Yeah....well i need painting ideas, as much as i dont wanna paint it i hink im gonna....i need to know what paints to use that have high gloss and makes it look real glossy, and i also need ideas.
