for this part, i need to know how the assembly goes

how does this thing look when it's assembled? what direction does the black rod in the middle face when installed? what about the silver end things (not pictured)

for the rear, what color are the stock arms? yellow or red? and what about that red gear, since i have 2 red ones and 1 white one, i'm not sure which goes where

this is the other one i have, i think this one went in the front before i swapped it out and put the white (stock?) one in there, i dont know why i did, but i i did

this is my current AWD front end setup, do i need to take this apart to put back on stock so that it's rear wheel drive
and last question
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v498/chanzheng/zheng/xmod/e33ee83d.jpg
is it fine to use red suspension springs on a stock black shock? the reason i ask is cause i lost one of the gray tops and i have only 3 full ones and 1 bottom

Colors mean nothing. All the colored plastics can be run on RWD or AWD. Just pull out all of the AWD gears and stuff in front and replace it with the 2WD wheel axles and plastic centerpiece.

i've also noticed that when i spin one rear wheel with my finger, the other one goes the same direction, but when i had it stock (before awd) when i would spin one wheel, the other one would go the opposite direction

i'm assuming it's because of the big red gear thing that is between the two wheels, does this affect the speed or handling of the car in anyway? i'm trying to build this car for drifting mainly

No, that's because the stocker is a gear diff, and the red one is a limited slip, which keeps the wheels spinning in the same direction, but will slip to the inner wheel. The gear diff just gives the wheel with less grip more power,
