I went to wall*mart, to get some stuff for the house, and i decided to check out the models. I found a Civic tuner model for 10 bucks so i bought it. I put a rear bumper and a front bumper on my civic XMOD. They were a pain b/c i had to use a dremel to shape out the wheel wells and eventually it took shape.....

Here is the primer job.... i should of just kept it like this

And here is the black base coat..... The model came wih a wing like the one that the civics in fast and the furious used, so i was shooting for that look but that paint job came out really bad.

NOTE: i am not 100% done with this, i plan on finishing it sometime this week.

its ok,but maybe try a lighter paint,and put the light lenses back on..i would suggest a green paint,maybe candy paint or realy glossy looks.

hey man.
ilike what you ahve tried to do, but them bumpers just dont suit the civic :S

but....i agree if it was in green or similar it would show the detail beautifully and may look much nicer.

Yeah ive seen your civic plenty of times lol i love it well did lol i need some bondo :nod:

it looks like a killer whale, cept without any white on it...lol...possibly try cutting out the grilles and putting some mesh in there, it may help it...its got potential =)

At least he had the cajones to try something different other than the cookie cutter bk that RS sold for them,

Isn't that the front and back bumpers to the civics on Fast and the Furious well anyways it looks pretty good for a start curious what it will look like finished
