If your running the stock cells and want to perform controlled slides go for it...but get the AWD kit or you'll be spinnin' doughnuts all the time.

man the drit kits sick but without awd kit its hard to get use 2.i aint got awd but i figured out how to drive and bout to get awd and bout to make it a 6 cell and do alot of other ****

the drift kit just allows you to slide on hard ground, works best in the kitchen. i have a bigger r/c car and i just taped the wheels with scotch tape, dont think it will work too well with xmods though.
