how do i do a power switch bypass for the evo chassis?

ya they have a tut but its for gen.1, i still used it for my car, when i took off my switch there wasnt a hole, and in the pic theres a hole
i didnt use side cut nippers, i wrenched it off, if that helps

come onm guys im in the middle of doing it and i need help!!!
